We had a horrible experience the night before at a different hotel in a room that was supposedly a suite (definitely wasn't) with a broken a/c unit, among several other minor issues. I booked our following night's stay at the Fairfield, going only off of location and knowledge of Fairfield as a trusted hotel brand. I called the Fairfield the morning after our miserable night to see if there was any chance at all our room might be available to check in before noon so that we had a clean COOL spot to land in for the day. I told her about our experience the night before and she said she would see what she could do for us. Not expecting anything at all, she called me less than an hour later and said that our room was ready and we were welcome to check in anytime. When we arrived and checked in she said that she had upgraded our room to a suite at no charge (an actual suite!) and she had been up to make sure it was nice and cool for us.😊 In addition to the extraordinary service we received there, the hotel is a brand new facility and beautiful. Great staff, great room, great breakfast...we could not have been happier with our night at Fairfield. Very much appreciate that Fairfield made right what another hotel chain made wrong!

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We were also pleased with the hotel's facilities, which included a fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. One thing that really stood out to us was the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, which made it easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Kansas City area. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were great, and the amenities were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it. It was very clean with a modern aesthetic design. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds and bedding are comfortable. Our room came with two huge televisions. The shower was amazing. The pool, patio and gym are also very nice. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. We will definitely be staying again.

The breakfast was very good. It made it easier for us in the morning. I was happy with the bathroom. I had plenty of space for our family. I was also happy to have the room clean when I wanted, and not touched when I wanted. Also the staff was very friendly...that makes a big difference on which place I want to stay.
